The purpose of this security bulletin is to announce the creation of a new STARS security role, CT_CNTRL_STARS_GLOBAL_PAY_VIEW.
Role Description
The CT_CNTRL_STARS_GLOBAL_PAY_VIEW role is designed to provide view-only access to Global Pay (Credit Card Transaction Data) within the STARS system. Users assigned this role will be able to access and review multiple Global Pay related report pages in STARS.
Eligibility and Access Restrictions
Access to the CT_CNTRL_STARS_GLOBAL_PAY_VIEW role is restricted to Central Agencies only. The following agencies are authorized to request this role:
• Department of Administrative Services (DAS)
• Office of Policy and Management (OPM)
• Office of the State Comptroller (OSC)
• Office of the Treasurer (OTT)
Requests submitted by agencies outside of those listed above will not be approved.
