We are excited to announce that our new ticketing system, Helix, is now live and available for use.

Go-Live Information
Helix is officially live. You can access the Helix Portal and submit tickets using the link below:
https://ctgov-dwp.onbmc.com/
FootPrints will remain available temporarily; however, no new tickets should be created in FootPrints moving forward.
All currently open FootPrints tickets will continue to be worked and completed within FootPrints.

Access to Helix
• Users with a ct.gov email address have access to the Helix Portal.
• Individuals without a ct.gov email address may submit tickets via email. Email Readiness@ct.gov for instructions.
Please note: The email submission option is available only to users without a ct.gov email address.
These users will not receive automated system notifications; Help Desk staff will respond directly.
