Preliminary Reports for NP-2 Cost of Living Adjustments (COLA’s) and Annual Increases (AI’s)

4/24/2026
Preliminary Reports on Cost of Living Adjustments (COLA’s) and Annual Increases (AI’s)

Core-CT has run the preliminary reports for the NP-2 Cost of Living Adjustments and Annual Increases as follows:

7/1/2025 COLAs: Salary Plans FM, TC, TK, TR  Process Instance 14866948

7/1/2025 AIs: Salary Plans FM, TC, TK, TR  Process Instance 14867066

1/1/2026 AIs: Salary Plans FM, TC, TK, TR  Process Instance 14867102

Agency HR and Payroll Specialists will be able to view the reports in their 'My Reports' queue. The reports (CTHRB356 for COLA's and CTHRB355 for AI's) detail the preliminary mass processing that took place.
Please note that the AI reports will depict the employees eligible for an Annual Increase, however the “Compensation Rate Before” column on the preliminary reports will not be accurate because the COLA would need to be in place first in order to be depicted correctly. Also, for the January 2026 AI reports, all employees will appear on the exception report.  This is due to the timing of the increases and the 7/1/2025 COLA not processed in final mode.  Eligible employees should still receive the appropriate step increment.

To access the reports, select Report Manager under the My Reports section of your home page and select the List tab. Change the 'Last' field to the number of Days since this report has been run (number of days from April 24, 2025). Click refresh (this will return the available report for that process). Click on the report link with the applicable Process Instance number provided above. Each link will have both a processed preliminary report (referenced with the number 2) and an exception preliminary report (referenced with the number 3). Both reports must be reviewed for accuracy and any necessary corrections made before final processing occurs. Final processing will take place on May 1, 2026.  The reports are only available for viewing online for 30 days. If you wish to view the reports beyond 30 days, you must save them.
