Position Data Lock-Out

June 22-26, 2026

A lock-out is set to occur in Position Data beginning Monday, June 22, 2026, so that the Fiscal Year End process may begin. Access to Position Data will be view-only from June 22 through June 26, 2026. Agencies may once again process position actions as soon as the Fiscal Year End process has been completed on or about June 26th.

Every effort should be made to ensure that all positions are in a fully approved status at the onset of this lockout to ensure a seamless Fiscal Year End process at each agency. Positions which are not in an approved status may need review/action at the agency level once the Fiscal Year End process has been completed.
