The HR Policy and Info Systems unit has confirmed with OLR that
there is no max step payment for NP-3 employees for the 2025-2026 contract year. NP-3 employees will receive an increase in max step payments ($1200) for the 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 contract years, however there is no max step payment for 2025-2026.
For agencies which have already entered a max step lump sum payment for check dated 6/12/2026, please follow the steps outlined below:
Send a spreadsheet to
OSC.Paycorrections@ct.gov with employees and earnings code associated to the lump sum, to delete the entries made on the Create Additional pay page.
