Dear Purchasing Team,
Effective Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 7:00pm, the PO Balance Report will be reverted back to running only CSV or PDF.
The new excel process was causing performance issues within Core-CT. To avoid major delays, time outs and other jobs failing the changes were reverted back to only allow PDF and CSV to be selected to run.
Below are the fields that will be temporarily unavailable until the PO Balance Report is re-released.
• Budget Check,
• Chartfield 1, 2, 3,
• Activity, Source Type,
• Category,
• Total PO Obligation (If there are multiple lines on the PO, the total PO Obligation field will repeat that number for every line. This is not a field that you will sum at the bottom of the report)
