PO Balance Report Updates Effective TODAY, Tuesday, 8/4/2026

Dear Purchasing Team,

Effective Tuesday, August 4, 2026, the PO Balance Report has been revised. Please review the updated job aid for full details 

Look for the "NEW" sticker throughout the job aid to see the updates to the report.

IMPORTANT:
 Running the report is back to the original navigation. In the Process Monitor, you are clicking Details, then Process Monitor. 
 Run the PO Balance report as a PDF – This document has NO updates 
 Run the PO as CSV - This document has updates 
 Added search criteria fields on CSV report only: Budget Check, Chartfield 1,2,3, Activity, Source Type, Category, Total Po Obligation, Remaining Obligation
