P-Card Form CO-509 Informational Webinar

The Office of the State Comptroller, Central Accounts Payable P-Card and Cancellations Unit will be hosting a P-Card Form CO-509 Informational webinar to review new P-Card Program reporting requirements, per PA 25-156 (CGS 4-98), effective Oct 1, 2025, and the associated CO-509 form developed to meet those requirements. 

This webinar will take place on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, from 10:00 to 11:00 am.  All agency P-Card Coordinators have received registration information for this webinar.  Any other agency staff interested in attending this webinar should contact their agency P-Card coordinator for the registration link, or email osc.pcard@ct.gov. We highly recommend all agency P-Card Coordinators and business office managers attend this webinar.
