PO Balance Report Updates Effective Tuesday, 6/23/2026
Dear Purchasing Team,
Effective Tuesday, June 23, 2026, the PO Balance Report has been revised and includes new navigation. Please review the updated job aid for full details.
Look for the "New" sticker throughout the job aid to see the updates to the report and to learn the new navigation.
IMPORTANT: Running the report has different navigation. In the Process Monitor, you are no longer clicking Details, NOW click Report Manager.
- Run the PO Balance report as a PDF – This document has NO changes
- Run the PO as EXCEL instead of CSV
- Added search criteria fields on Excel report only:
Budget Check,
Chartfield 1, 2, 3,
Activity, Source Type,
Category,
Total PO Obligation (If there are multiple lines on the PO, the total PO Obligation field will repeat that number for every line.
This is not a field that you will sum at the bottom of the report)
