2026 FYE PO Roll Results

Core-CT has completed the Purchase Order Roll Process for this year. This year Core-CT rolled 26,075 purchase orders. 
 
An excel spreadsheet containing the following information can be found on the 2026 Fiscal Year-End Job and Information page at Fiscal year-end instructions and information under the Purchasing heading. 

 
Below is a brief explanation of each tab in the Totals All BUs FYE Roll 2026.

1st Tab – POs Rolled by BU
A list of every purchase order that successfully rolled from FY2026 to FY2027.
 
2nd Tab – POs Closed
A list of purchase orders that were closed during fiscal year end with the reason in the last column
 
Please note: Some Lines, Schedules, and Distributions may have closed on Purchase Orders, but the Purchase Order may still be open!
 
3rd Tab –Requisitions Brought Forward 
A list of the DAS-Bids, POS and PSA requisitions brought forward to the new fiscal year.
 
4th Tab – Initial Purchase Orders
A list of Initial purchase order brought forward to the new fiscal year.
