The Department hosted a series of three mandatory in-person training sessions for all RCHs. Training sessions included important information on the CMS final settings rule which goes into effect on March 17, 2023. In-person sessions were an opportunity for RCH's to develop collaborative learning and peer supports, meet state agency staff and learn about available resources, and understand the federal setting rule.

2018 Rate Increase
The Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management (OPM) approved a 1% increase to Residential Care Home rates effective July 1, 2018. Information regarding the rate increase is posted below.
