Cost Reports

Notice to All Residential Care Homes - Pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes §17b-340 all licensed RCH facilities are required to submit an annual cost report to the Department. If a licensed residential care home fails to submit a complete and accurate report, such home may not receive a retroactive rate increases.

  • Cost Report Training - On October 20, 2022 the Department and Myers & Stauffer hosted a TA session on how to file and complete the annual cost report submission.
