On January 6, 2023, the Commissioner entered into a Consent Order with Radius Global Solutions LLC (NMLS # 936423) (“RGS”), Edina, Minnesota. The Consent Order was based on an investigation by the Consumer Credit Division for the period from April 1, 2020 through March 31, 2021.
