This bulletin constitutes the only official notification you will receive from this office concerning any of the following applications.  Any observations you may have are solicited.  Any comments should be in writing to Jorge L. Order for Hearing

The hearing on the application of Banking Circle US Holding, Inc. to organize Banking Circle US, Stamford, Connecticut, as an uninsured bank pursuant to Section 36a-70 of the Connecticut General Statutes, will now be held in-person and remotely on June 24, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. The in-person hearing will be held at Hearing Room B, 450 Columbus Boulevard, Hartford, Connecticut. Main Office Relocation

On June 10, 2021, pursuant to Section 36a-81 of the Connecticut General Statutes, Bankwell Bank filed an application to relocate its main office from 208/212 Elm Street, New Canaan, Connecticut to 156 Cherry Street, New Canaan, Connecticut.
