NEW BANK ACTIVITY
On November 26, 2008, pursuant to the provisions of Section 36a-70 of the Connecticut General Statutes, an application was filed by the organizers of Sachem Bank for the establishment of a bank and trust company with its main office in Madison, Connecticut and a branch office in Branford, Connecticut.  The organizers are Ryan A.
