State Agency Recycling Reporting Forms
each state agency having care, control, and supervision of state property, including the Judicial Department and the Joint Committee on Legislative Management of the General Assembly is required to have a recycling plan in place and annually submit to DEEP and the General Assembly Environment Committee a report, on a form prescribed by DEEP, on implementation of the recycling plan.
