Truong Huynh of Oakville, who was among those who died on board the U.S.S. Fitzgerald in a collision in Japan.

• MONDAY: LT. GOVERNOR PARTICIPATES IN EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS EXERCISE, HONORS EAST HAMPTON SOLDIERS

  On Monday, Lieutenant Governor Nancy Wyman will join Governor Dannel P. Malloy at the annual Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection's Division of Emergency Management and Homeland Security emergency preparedness exercise and press conference. This year, the two-day drill will simulate a Category 1 Hurricane and will test the coordination and response of all participating stakeholders.
