Malloy today announced that he is directing the flag of the State of Connecticut to fly at half-staff in honor of State Representative Betty Boukus (D-New Britain, Plainville), who passed away early this morning. State flags should be lowered beginning immediately until sunset on the date of interment, which has not yet been determined.
