How do State of Connecticut employees file a workers’ compensation claim and get resources?
File a claim
If you work for the State of Connecticut and get hurt or sick because of your job, you may get help paying for medical care and lost wages.
DON'T FORGET
The Workers' Compensation Act still applies to State workers. Most importantly, you still need to file an official notice of claim for workers' compensation benefits. Use the Commission's Form 30C (PDF). We’re a neutral, independent agency, so it’s important for State workers to send us Form 30C (PDF).
The Department of Administrative Services (DAS) Workers’ Compensation Office helps State employees with workers’ compensation claims.
