Residents or contractors must contact Call Before You Dig (CBYD) prior to excavating near any public utilities. CBYD will notify utilities that might be in the area. Utilities will locate their pipes and cables using paint and stakes, so excavators can conduct their work without causing damage or endangering people's safety.
