Can I bring a school group to the Museum of CT History?
Here’s how you can schedule a field trip or group visit to the Museum of Connecticut History:
- If your group is going to the State Capitol, too, you can schedule a joint visit by contacting the League of Women Voters of Connecticut® (LWV) first.
- If you’re visiting only the museum, please contact us. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
Tips for school field trips
- When you arrive, have students stay outside while your group leader tells building security you’re here.
- Everyone is required to pass through a metal detector before they enter the building.
- A Supreme Court police officer will explain the process to your group.
- Please make sure everyone in your group follows the officer’s instructions.
