  Governor Ned Lamont released the following statement in response to the affirmative votes today by the Connecticut State Senate giving final confirmation to the four judicial nominations he made earlier this summer.

  Governor Ned Lamont today announced that his administration has launched a variety of new resources to support those who need to isolate or self-quarantine due to COVID-19. With nonprofit partners such as United Way 2-1-1 and 4-CT, these programs and services are designed to support individuals in need who are asked to isolate or self-quarantine because of a positive COVID-19 test or potential exposure to the virus.

• 9/30/2020 Governor Lamont Submits Request for Presidential Major Disaster Declaration in Response To Tropical Storm Isaias

  Following several weeks of data collection across Connecticut and verification by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Governor Ned Lamont today announced that he has submitted a request for a presidential major disaster declaration resulting from the damage caused by Tropical Storm Isaias in early August.
