Appointment Preparation before your Opportunity Center Appointment
In preparation for your appointment with the Opportunity Center, we are partnering with various Health & Human Service agencies. As part of the Pre-Pilot program, you will have the opportunity to meet with representatives from the Department of Social Services, Care 4 Kids, and the Department of Housing. Please take the time to watch the preparation video before your appointment. Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth check-in process.
If you do not show up or arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment.
