Licensing Requirements
Before applying for licensure, please familiarize yourself with the general licensing policies.
In order to be eligible for a behavior analyst license, an applicant must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Application Instructions:
Applicants must arrange for the following to be submitted directly to this office from the source:
Verification of
BCBA certification. The Department will verify BCBA certification online. The applicant will be contacted if additional information is required;
If applicable, verification of all out of state behavioral analyst licenses held, current or expired. The purpose of the verification is to document that the applicant has not been the subject of any type of disciplinary action. Verifications must be submitted directly to this office from the other state. The Department WILL NOT perform these verifications online.
