Connect to Care Jobs in Connecticut

Connecticut nursing facilities are looking to hire qualified workers. If you’re a health care professional seeking employment or a nursing facility hiring for open positions, visit Connect to Care. 

Connect to Care Jobs is managed in partnership by the Connecticut Department of Public Health and ADvancing States. ADvancing States, supported by Centene Corporation, built this tool to solve the critical challenge health care and long-term services and supports providers are facing—how to attract qualified applicants in a timely fashion. 

Connect to Care Jobs is now available to Connecticut nursing facilities that wish to post openings. The tool is available at no cost to job seekers. 

Connecticut DPH is piloting this tool with hopes to expand it to other health care settings in the future. Nursing facilities licensed by the Connecticut Department of Public Health may currently register to post jobs.
