BANK ACTIVITY

On May 29, 2024, the Commissioner approved an application by Ixonia Bank to establish a Loan Production Office located at 707 Main Street in Branford, CT.

New Bank Activity

On May 28, 2024, the Banking Commissioner issued a final certificate of authority authorizing Numisma Bank, Greenwich, Connecticut, to commence the business of an uninsured bank pursuant to Section 36a-70 of the Connecticut General Statutes. The bank is located at One Sound Shore Drive, Suite 101 in Greenwich, Connecticut.
