Main Office Relocation

On December 17, 2018, pursuant to Section 36a-81 of the Connecticut General Statutes, Chelsea Groton Bank filed an application to relocate its main office from One Franklin Square, Norwich, Connecticut to 904 Poquonnock Road, Groton, Connecticut.


Interstate Loan Production Office


On December 19, 2018, the Commissioner approved the application of Magnolia Bank, Inc., a Kentucky-chartered community bank, to establish a loan production office in Connecticut pursuant to Section 36a-412(d) of the Connecticut General Statutes. The office will be located at 94 East Avenue in Norwalk, Connecticut. In connection with opening this office, Magnolia Bank, Inc. plans to close its loan production office at 1 Morgan Avenue, Third Floor, in Norwalk, Connecticut.
