MAIN OFFICE RELOCATION
On April 6, 2008, pursuant to Section 36a-81 of the Connecticut General Statutes, The Bank of Greenwich, Greenwich, requested approval to relocate its main office from 165 Mason Street, Greenwich, to 444-450 East Putnam Avenue, Greenwich.
On July 29, 2008, pursuant to Section 36a-81 of the Connecticut General Statutes, Darien Rowayton Bank, Darien, was granted approval to relocate its main office from 19 Corbin Drive, Darien, Connecticut, to 1001 Post Road, Darien, Connecticut.
