MAIN OFFICE RELOCATION
On April 6, 2008, pursuant to Section 36a-81 of the Connecticut General Statutes, The Bank of Greenwich, Greenwich, requested approval to relocate its main office from 165 Mason Street, Greenwich, to 444-450 East Putnam Avenue, Greenwich.
On July 29, 2008, pursuant to Section 36a-81 of the Connecticut General Statutes, Darien Rowayton Bank, Darien, was granted approval to relocate its main office from 19 Corbin Drive, Darien, Connecticut, to 1001 Post Road, Darien, Connecticut.

Attached to this issue of the Bulletin is a copy of regulations adopted by the Commissioner concerning consumer collection agencies. The new regulations were effective July 29, 2008, and are also available on the Department’s website.
