What is a state troubadour?
Connecticut’s State Troubadour is an ambassador of music and song and promotes cultural literacy. They know about our state’s cultures, history, arts, and stories.
COA appoints a resident singer-songwriter based on the recommendations of a review panel. Singers and songwriters from all genres of music are welcome to apply.
