Connecticut Real Estate Appraisal Commission

The commission shall consist of eight persons, electors of the state, appointed by the Governor. Five of the members shall be certified appraisers. Three of the members shall be public members. Not more than a bare majority of the commission shall be members of the same political party and there shall be at least one member from each congressional district.
