Judicial District of Tolland
The Tolland State's Attorney's office is responsible for the prosecution of all criminal offenses which occur in the Judicial District, which includes the communities of Andover, Bolton, Columbia, Coventry, Ellington, Hebron, Mansfield, Somers, Stafford, Tolland, Union, Vernon and Willington.
The Office of State's Attorney for the Judicial District of Tolland, or the "Part A" office located at the Rockville Superior Court, prosecutes the more serious cases, mostly those crimes classified under state law as class A or class B felony offenses, from all communities in the Judicial District.
The Geographical Area office, located at the "Part B" Superior Court in Rockville, primarily prosecutes cases involving crimes classified under state law as class C, class D or class E felony offenses as well as all misdemeanor offenses and infractions, including motor vehicle offenses.
