New Haven State’s Attorney Assigned to Officer-Involved Shooting in Hartford
(Rocky Hill, CT) - Chief State’s Attorney Richard J. Colangelo, Jr., announced today that New Haven State’s Attorney Patrick J. Griffin has been assigned to lead the state component of the joint state and federal investigation into the officer-involved shooting today in Hartford.
At this time, the investigation, in cooperation with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, is ongoing. Additional information about the incident will be released as appropriate.
