It’s also an opportunity to strengthen relationships between our officers and the community we serve.”

Waterbury Mayor Paul Pernerewski, Jr. said the resource fair is an important event for the community.

“The City of Waterbury is proud to partner on this important initiative that brings real, tangible support to our residents,” Mayor Pernerewski said. “The HOPE Community Resource Fair reflects the kind of collaboration and compassion that strengthens our neighborhoods and helps individuals and families access the tools they need to move forward.”

Paralegal Specialist Ann Taylor, the event’s founder and lead organizer, emphasized the significance of this effort:

“The Community Resource Fair continues to grow thanks to our incredible sponsors and partners, all working to uplift and empower our neighbors,” she said. “Together, we are helping people take steps toward personal growth and stability—offering real support and a sense of HOPE.”
