(Bridgeport, CT) - Bridgeport Judicial District State’s Attorney Joseph T. Corradino announced today that a jury in Superior Court in Bridgeport on February 2, 2026, convicted Danilo Valle, age 25, of Bridgeport, of multiple offenses stemming from an assault on three brothers in 2020 in Bridgeport.
Valle was convicted of two counts of Assault in the First Degree, in violation of Connecticut General Statutes § 53a-59 and three counts Reckless Endangerment, in violation of Connecticut General Statutes § 53a-63.
The defendant was charged with multiple offenses stemming from a stabbing on Lexington Avenue in Bridgeport on October 24, 2020 that left three brothers injured, one of whom required a three-day hospital stay.
“This office is committed to protecting the citizens of Bridgeport from devasting physical violence,” Corradino said.
The jury of four men and two women deliberated one day before returning the verdicts.
“The jury treated this case with great respect. I trusted that they would return a fair verdict,” said Senior Assistant State’s Attorney Justina Moore, who tried the case for the state. “They worked conscientiously to return verdicts based on the law and the evidence.”
Corradino praised Moore as well as Inspector Martin Heanue, former Bridgeport Police Detective Alex Miccoli and Paralegal Specialist Iris Villanueva for bringing the case to a successful conclusion.
“Our staff is firmly dedicated to securing justice for victims of violent crimes,” Corradino said.
Valle faces up to 43 years of incarceration when he is sentenced by Judge Kevin C. Doyle in Superior Court in Bridgeport on April 27, 2026.
