State’s Attorneys’ Advisory Board

Minutes of Meeting of June 15, 2020

The meeting was called to order at 1:10 p.m. by New Britain State’s Attorney Brian Preleski, President of the Board. The meeting was conducted remotely utilizing Zoom software in accordance with directives issued by the Governor because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Also present: Chief State’s Attorney Richard J. Colangelo, Jr.; Deputy Chief State’s Attorneys Kevin D. Lawlor and John J. Russotto; State’s Attorneys Margaret E. Kelley (Ansonia/Milford), Stephen J. Sedensky III (Danbury), Joseph T. Corradino (Fairfield), Gail P. Hardy (Hartford), Dawn Gallo (Litchfield), Michael A. Gailor (Middlesex), Patrick J. Griffin (New Haven), Michael L. Regan (New London), Paul J. Ferencek (Stamford/Norwalk), Matthew C. Gedansky (Tolland), Maureen T. Platt (Waterbury) and Anne F. Mahoney (Windham).

Also present: Executive Assistant State’s Attorneys Jack Doyle, Brett Salafia and Sharmese Walcott, and Director of Communications Alaine Griffin.

State’s Attorney Michael Gailor moved to accept the minutes of the May 18, 2020, meeting. State’s Attorney Paul Ferencek seconded the motion and it passed with no one in opposition.

There was no old business.

There was no new business.

State’s Attorney Stephen Sedensky moved to adjourn. State’s Attorney Peggy Kelley seconded the motion and it passed with no one in opposition. The meeting adjourned at 1:11 p.m.
