State’s Attorneys’ Advisory Board

Minutes of Meeting of July 20, 2020

The meeting was called to order by New Britain State’s Attorney Brian Preleski, President of the Board. The meeting was conducted remotely utilizing Zoom software in accordance with directives issued by the Governor because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Also present: Chief State’s Attorney Richard J. Colangelo, Jr.; Deputy Chief State’s Attorneys Kevin D. Lawlor and John J. Russotto; State’s Attorneys Margaret E. Kelley (Ansonia/Milford), Stephen J. Sedensky III (Danbury), Joseph T. Corradino (Fairfield), Gail P. Hardy (Hartford), Dawn Gallo (Litchfield), Michael A. Gailor (Middlesex), Michael L. Regan (New London), Paul J. Ferencek (Stamford/Norwalk), Matthew C. Gedansky (Tolland), Maureen T. Platt (Waterbury) and Anne F. Mahoney (Windham).

Also present: Executive Assistant State’s Attorneys Jack Doyle, Brett Salafia and Sharmese Walcott, Director of Communications Alaine Griffin and Training Program Coordinator Vasi Gournaris.

The board voted to accept the minutes of the June 15, 2020, meeting.

There was no old business.

There was no new business.

State’s Attorney Sedensky moved to adjourn. State’s Attorney Gailor seconded the motion and it passed with no one in opposition. The meeting adjourned at 12:31 p.m.
