Minutes of the Meeting of October 21, 2013

The meeting was called to order at 4:37 p.m. by State’s Attorney Matthew C. Gedansky.

Also in attendance were: State’s Attorneys David I. Cohen (Stamford-Norwalk), Michael Dearington (New Haven); Patricia M. Froehlich (Windham), Matthew C. Gedansky (Tolland), Gail P. Hardy (Harford), Kevin D. Lawlor (Ansonia-Milford), Brian Preleski (New Britain), Michael L. Regan (New London), Chief State’s Attorney Kevin T. Kane and Deputy Chief State’s Attorneys Leonard C. Boyle and John J. Russotto.

State’s Attorney David I. Cohen made a motion to approve the minutes of the September 23, 2013, meeting. The motion was seconded by State’s Attorney Kevin D. Lawlor and passed unanimously.

State’s Attorney Froehlich made a motion to enter executive session to discuss personnel matters. The motion was seconded by State’s Attorney Kevin D. Lawlor and passed unanimously.

Present for the executive session were Chief State’s Attorney Kevin T. Kane, Deputy Chief State’s Attorneys Leonard C. Boyle and John J. Russotto, and State’s Attorneys David I. Cohen, Michael Dearington, Patricia M. Froehlich, Matthew C. Gedansky, Gail. P. Hardy, Brian Preleski and Michael L. Regan. There were no motions made and no votes taken in the executive session which ended at 5:09 p.m.

State’s Attorney Patricia M. Froehlich made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:10 p.m. The motion was seconded by State’s Attorney Kevin D. Lawlor and passed unanimously.
