The meeting was called to order at 11:20 a.m. by State’s Attorney Matthew C. Gedansky.

Also in attendance were: Michael Dearington (New Haven); Patricia M. Froehlich (Windham), Matthew C. Gedansky (Tolland), Gail P. Hardy (Harford), Kevin D. Lawlor (Ansonia-Milford), Peter A. McShane (Middlesex) Brian Preleski (New Britain), Michael L. Regan (New London), David Shepack (Litchfield), John Smriga (Fairfield), Chief State’s Attorney Kevin T. Kane and Deputy Chief State’s Attorneys Leonard C. Boyle and John J. Russotto, and Supervisory Assistant State’s Attorneys James Bernardi (Stamford-Norwalk) and Warren Murray (Danbury).

Chief State’s Attorney Kevin T. Kane made a motion to approve the minutes of the October 21, 2013, meeting. The motion was seconded by State’s Attorney Kevin D. Lawlor and passed unanimously.

There was a brief discussion raised by State’s Attorney Kevin D. Lawlor as to the existence of a uniform policy regarding the response of the Connecticut State Police fire marshals to fires involving deaths.

State’s Attorney Patricia M. Froehlich made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 11:22 a.m. The motion was seconded by State’s Attorney Kevin D. Lawlor and passed unanimously.
