State’s Attorneys’ Advisory Board

In attendance were:  Chief State’s Attorney Kevin Kane; Deputy Chief State’s Attorneys John Russotto and Leonard Boyle; State’s Attorneys Kevin Lawlor, Stephen Sedensky, John Smriga, David Shepack, Peter McShane, Michael Dearington, Michael Regan, David Cohen, Matthew Gedansky, Maureen Platt and Patricia Froehlich; and Senior Assistant State’s Attorneys Anne Mahoney for State's Attorney Gail Hardy and John Malone for State's Attorney Brian Preleski.

The meeting was called to order at 12:36 p.m.

State’s Attorney Sedensky made a motion that the minutes of the previous meeting be accepted. The motion was seconded by State’s Attorney Froehlich. The motion passed unanimously.

The group engaged in a follow-up discussion to the issue raised at the previous meeting regarding the procedures being followed in the ongoing audit of the Division’s COLLECT terminal locations.

Chief State’s Attorney Kane indicated that he was still researching the issue and would hopefully be able to report back to the group at the next meeting.

The meeting adjourned at 12:38 p.m.

Next meeting will be held on September 17, 2012.
