The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Patricia Froehlich, at 12:40 p.m.

Upon motion made and seconded, it was unanimously voted to congratulate Jonathan Benedict, Paul Murray and Judith Rossi on their dedicated service and impending retirement.

No new business.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 12:42 p.m.
