The meeting was called to order by State’s Attorney Patricia Froehlich at 12:38 p.m.

Old Business

New slate of officers were elected as follows:

• State’s Attorney David Cohen as Chair
• State’s Attorney David Shepack as Vice Chair
• State’s Attorney Matthew Gedansky as Secretary

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 12:40 p.m.
