The meeting was called to order by incoming Chairman Patricia Froehlich.

Upon motion made and seconded, it was unanimously voted to accept the minutes of the October 27, 2008 meeting.

The Council agreed upon new Advisory Board Officer positions for the December, 2008-November, 2009 term as follows:

• Chair: State’s Attorney Patricia Froehlich
• Vice Chair: State’s Attorney David Cohen
• Secretary: State’s Attorney David Shepack

The meeting was thereupon adjourned.
