MINUTES
A motion to accept the minutes from the June 7, 2023 meeting was made by State's Attorney Platt and was seconded by State's Attorney Mahoney. It passed unanimously.
MANAGEMENT
State's Attorney Corradino had nothing to report.
OPERATIONS
State's Attorney Platt reported that the committee was currently working on a policy to ensure that victims are notified when habeas corpus cases are filed. She will provide an update at the next Advisory Board meeting.
PEER REVIEW UPDATE
Deputy Chief State's Attorney Russotto reported on the status of State's Attorney reviews for State's Attorney Narducci and State's Attorney Corradino.
POTENTIAL CONFLICTS
None reported.
OTHER BUSINESS
Chief State's Attorney Griffin reported on the recent deaths of a former Division Inspector and the sibling of a prosecutor. The group expressed condolences.
ADJOURNMENT
A motion to adjourn the meeting was made at 11:08 a.m. by State's Attorney Narducci. State's Attorney Ferencek seconded the motion. The meeting was then adjourned.
