The virtual Teams meeting was called to order at 11:02 by Middlesex State's Attorney Michael A. Gailor.

MINUTES

The minutes of the July 5, 2023, meeting were unanimously approved.

MANAGEMENT

The Management Committee did not have anything to report. 

OPERATIONS

At the request of the State’s Attorneys, State’s Attorney Platt indicated she would send out the discovery policy for review prior to an anticipated vote at the next Advisory Board meeting.

PEER REVIEW UPDATE

Deputy Chief State's Attorney Russotto reported on the status of State's Attorney reviews.

POTENTIAL CONFLICTS

State’s Attorney Watson agreed to handle a case for which the Waterbury State’s Attorney’s Office had a conflict.
