Minutes of Meeting
January 3, 2011

The Criminal Justice Commission met on Monday, January 3, 2011, at the Office of the Chief State’s Attorney in Rocky Hill to discuss personnel matters, and any other business that may come before the Commission.

The following members were present: Justice Richard N. Palmer, Chairman, Judge Thomas A. Bishop, Attorney Maura H. Horan, Attorney Garrett M. Moore, Attorney Ann G. Taylor, Attorney Alfred A. Turco and Chief State’s Attorney Kevin T. Kane.

The meeting, which was open to the public, commenced at 1:45 p.m. and the Commission voted unanimously to go into executive session immediately. Waterbury State's Attorney John A. Connelly and attorney Hugh F. Keefe were present until 4:00 p.m. 

At approximately 5:00 p.m., the Commission came out of executive session, noted that no action was taken during the session, and adjourned the meeting.
