Where can I get the personal service agreement (PSA) template and exhibits?
A personal service agreement (PSA) is a legally binding contract that defines a services or end product that a contractor will deliver to an agency. PSAs are usually used for infrequent and non-routine purchases such as specialized health services, consulting, technical assistance, and training. By state law, no department or agency may pay a contractor to deliver these services or end products without a PSA.
