The purpose of this study is to examine youths’ educational, recidivism, and labor-market outcome related trajectories associated with their receiving a sentence of either probation or probation+placement. This project uses mixed-methods, longitudinal, secondary data collection of a deidentified, random sample of youth whose cases closed (i.e. the intervention ended) in 2020 and who were received either probation

The Data Sharing Agreement for Request #0058 contains the agreement between all parties to the data request, the approved data request and data elements, as well as additional exhibits including the confidentiality agreement, data destruction policy, and the P20 WIN Enterprise Memorandum of Understanding.
