COVID-19 Community Levels Update, March 24, 2023: The CDC has listed all eight Connecticut counties in the Low/Green category as part of its weekly Community Levels update. People who are at a high risk for severe illness should consider additional measures to minimize their exposure to COVID-19 and respiratory illnesses. Temporary Nursing Services Agencies

Not later than January 1, 2023, no temporary nursing services agency shall provide temporary nursing services in the Connecticut unless it has registered with the Department of Public Health.

Fees

  • Initial Registration: $500.00
  • Renewal (07/01): $750.00
Registration Requirements

Temporary Nursing Services Agencies shall provide the following:

  • Itemized revenues and costs for each such agency;
  • Average number of nursing personnel employed by such agency
  • Average fees charged by such agency by type of nursing personnel and type of health care facility
  • The states of the permanent residences of nursing personnel supplied by the agency to health care facilities in the state, aggregated by type of nursing personnel
