DENIAL OF PETITION FOR DECLARATORY RULING
On July 25, 2006, in connection with a request for a hearing and petition for a declaratory ruling filed by Paul J. Pinto, pursuant to subdivisions (2) and (5) of Section 4-176(e) of the Connecticut General Statutes, the Commissioner decided not to order the matter set for a hearing or issue a declaratory ruling on the issue of whether the Commissioner complied with Section 46a-80 of the Connecticut General Statutes in connection with the Commissioner’s May 16, 2006, denial of Paul J. Pinto’s originator registration.
