ACQUISITION AND MERGER
On February 3, 1999, pursuant to Section 36a-184 of the Connecticut General Statutes, Webster Financial Corporation, a Delaware corporation, filed an application for the acquisition of Maritime Bank & Trust Company, a Connecticut bank.
SECTION 36A-425 APPROVAL
On February 2, 1999, approval was granted to Advest Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation, to establish an office of its subsidiary, Advest, Inc., a Delaware corporation, at Greenwich Office Park, Building 2, Greenwich, Connecticut.
MAIN OFFICE RELOCATION
Pursuant to Section 36a-81 of the Connecticut General Statutes, on February 1, 1999, Tolland Bank relocated its main office from 670 Tolland Stage Road, Tolland, Connecticut, to 348 Hartford Turnpike, Vernon, Connecticut.
